Disneyland Paris September 2017 Day 5
Hi everyone, welcome to the last day of my Disneyland Paris adventure. It’s been so great writing about it and thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read my blog posts!
We still had pretty much a full day to enjoy on our last day. Since we had now done all the rides we wanted to do, we thought it would be fun to meet some more characters!
First we met Pluto who was very playful and adorable!
Then we met the awesome, Donald Duck!
We then headed over to Adventureland to meet Genie!
Abu was also hanging around for a short while too, but we waited to meet the amazing Aladdin and Princess Jasmine! David and I met them together which made for some fun pics! Princess Jasmine and I also discussed our love of mint tea.
After meeting these characters, where else could we have gone for lunch than the Agrabah Café? This was a middle-eastern themed buffet and so much delicious food to choose from! There was a great choice of vegetarian options here and I would highly recommend!
After lunch we went on a couple more favourite rides such as Big Thunder Mountain and Pinocchio (I was fixated on the adorable Figaro!) All week the Sleeping Beauty Gallery had been shut, but luckily it had re-opened on our last day.
We also managed to get a great view of Fantasyland from the castle balcony.
By complete surprise, the Ugly Sisters and Lady Tremaine were out in full force in Fantasyland. You had to really get into character and interact with them to get any chance of an autograph and I was lucky to be on form with my improvisations that day!
As we had time to spare, we lastly queued up to meet Princess Aurora aka Sleeping Beauty. It was lovely to meet the classic princess and she was in love with my Stitch skirt.
To round up our last day, we did a last bit of exploring the shops and then had to say farewell to Disneyland Paris! David had to practically take me by the hand to pull me out of the exit as I didn’t want to leave!
Thank you again to everyone who has enjoyed reading my blog posts about my trip to Disneyland Paris, David and I had such a magical time. My next blog post will be up on Sunday where I reveal all the gadgets and gizmos-a-plenty that I brought back with me (make sure to bring snacks and a cup of tea, it could be a long one!)
TTFN! xxxx
